Berkey Shipping Policy
All shipments are made directly from the manufacturer warehouse in Colorado.
Our normal time frame to process and ship your order is 5-7 business days (in the Lower 48 states) from the date your order is paid for in full.
At checkout, if you do not select “Signature Required”, you are waiving the requirement for a signature when your package is delivered. Neither BerkeyWaterFilterUSA.com nor the shipping carrier will be held liable for packages delivered without a signature.
We will arrange for shipment of the products and services to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Free shipping is available within the lower 48 US states for orders over $80.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any country outside of the US will have additional shipping charges applied.
After your payment is confirmed and your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email that you provided during checkout.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Delays in delivery time from our warehouse may occur during periods of inclement weather. We will try our best to notify you of such delays in the Notice portion of our website.
Title and risk of loss and damage pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
At this time, Berekey Water Filter USA, LLC is only shipping to the US and Canada. The customer is responsible for any customs, brokerage, duties and taxes or other fees that may be incurred as a result of the merchandise crossing the Canadian border. Merchandise refused, or returned for any reason from an order shipped to Canada will incur a 20% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
An undeliverable order is an order that was not successfully delivered for various reasons. In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver the order for any reason, (including an incorrect address), the carrier will return the package to our shipping warehouse.
This package will then be sent back at the cost of shipping upon your request.
If your package is returned to our shipping warehouse, we will notify you about your undeliverable order via your email address.
Berkey Water Filter USA, LLC reserves the right to ship your order via the carrier or shipping method of our choice. We offer some shipping options at checkout but we reserve the right to change the shipment method if we deem it necessary to fulfill your order in a more efficient and expeditious manner.
Any special shipping request must be added and detailed notes must be left in the “order instructions” section of your order checkout. Berkey Water Filter USA, LLC will not be responsible for any request that is not legible or omitted from the “order instructions”.
Upon receipt, if a thing is harmed or imperfect because of assembling, just contact BerkeyWaterFilterUSA.com upon receipt and we will facilitate with the producer to understand that thing completely supplanted at no cost to you as fast as would be prudent. Prepaid return postage will be incorporated with the substitution item so you may restore the harmed/damaged item at no cost to you!
Kindly inform BerkeyWaterFilterUSA.com in case of transportation harm and we will arrange with the maker to dispatch you substitutes for the harmed things at no cost for you alongside prepaid postage to restore the harmed thing.
No compelling reason to stress over working out the harms with the transporter as we’ll have the producer and the delivery bearer work this out. In the event that you’d jump at the chance to record a claim, this must be finished with the conveying bearer and New Millennium Concepts, LTD /BerkeyWaterFilterUSA.com are not allowed to document this for you.
All cases for deficiencies, harms, erroneous shipments, and wrong charging must be made inside 10 days of receipt.
